Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions for 3D-online shop / customers in Germany

German VAT is included in all prices.

If the total value of the ordered items is less than EUR 60,00, a fee of EUR 8,70 will be charged for post, package and insurance.

If the total value of the items ordered online through our webshop is EUR 60,00 or more, the order will be delivered without additional charge for post, package and insurance.

For orders with payment term "COD" a fee of EUR 4,17 including 19% VAT will always be charged regardless of the total order value.

For orders with payment term "cash before delivery" the customer receives a proforma invoice with the account information of Fun-Sports. Fun-Sports GmbH will send the items after the arrival of the payment of the whole invoice amount.

For orders with the payment term "credit card" (VISA or MasterCard) the credit card account of the customer will be charged for all items which are available (plus possible costs for post, package and insurance) by Fun-Sports via credit card operator. Before charging the card data given by the customer will be verified.

The delivery (including insurance) and invoicing are carried out by Fun-Sports GmbH, Panzerleite 49, 96049 Bamberg, Germany.

Due to truncation of the gross prices (net price + VAT) of single items at invoicing the final prices may deviate from those given in the shop by EUR +/- 0,01. Thus it is also possible, that the total invoice amount may also deviate minimally from the total price shown by the shop.

Any claims regarding delivered items can considered only within 7 days of delivery. Returning the items to Fun-Sports is not possible without prior agreement with Fun-Sports. The return delivery must be insured for its full value. If the claim is approved by Fun-Sports, the costs of return delivery are refunded to customer.

This shop is only for orders with delivery address in Germany. Deliveries to other countries through this shop are not possible due to existing contracts with our foreign partners.

Until the complete payment of the order the owner of the delivered items is Fun-Sports. Place of fullfilment is Bamberg, Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction is Bamberg, Germany.
